Had a great stay! The location's perfect near restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and cleaned daily. Just a bit noisy at times, but overall, loved it!

excellent air conditioning, sensational spa bath, daily servicing
Looking out onto the carpark was disappointing, even if it allowed easy baggage access!!! The carpet in our unit felt dirty and the TV was left on, raising concerns about cleanliness!!!

Breaking it down, plain and simple
Clean, comfortable, and amazing location! Ideal for walking around the city or along the river toward the mountains. Friendly staff ensured our stay was lovely. The kitchenette was handy, and the cozy ambiance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality accommodation!

All the staff were helpful and hospitable. The location was ideal and exceptionally nice for walking around The Nelson Market. The hotel itself was in a central area, really close to walkways including lovely river walk right through the town, supermarket across the road, and Nelson town centre.

The bathroom was decent but stepping in and out of the shower was like a gymnastics routine, and don't even get me started on the dismal view of the carpark! Absoluteley no red carpet treatment, and honestly, I woudl ve been more impressed with a complimentary upgrade. But alas, it seems special guests don't exist here.

The hotel is across the road from a major supermarket. Early morning delivery trucks are very noisy so there is no chance of a relaxing lie in.

The chopped salads at River Kitchen Nelson were a game changer, packed with fresh veggies and zingy dressings. Plus, our One-Bedroom Executive Apartment had a great bathroom with a spa bath-perfect for unwinding after a day of food hunting! And, can we talk about those cozy kitchenettes? They were a lifesaver for breakfast bliss.
Looking out onto the carpark was a bit disappointing at first, but the easy baggage access made it a non-issue. Honestly, with all the culinary adventures waiting just around the corner, this little detail didn't dampen our spirits one bit.
